Paper Hearts!

My family name is AMOR so naturally I was obsessed with the simple idea of the heart shape. I love how easy this shape is to draw and make with any and all materials. Of course a heart also symbolizes love so its great to incorporate hearts in your wedding to can add that special touch.

I am so in love with this Aisle Runner idea! It's simple, fun, unique, and a great DIY project you can do with your family or bridal party!

Again this is a cool and funky idea! You can change the colors to make the hearts more fun or elegant! This ceremony backdrop is genius!

Tree Stumps!

Who would have known how useful these could be! This is one item I see for free on Craigslist a lot! I decided to pick up some and the possibilities are endless!

Check out these photos from weddings and how they used the tree stumps, it’s so perfect for a rustic feel!

Or a CUPCAKE stand!

You can play around with sizes for your ceremony/aisle decorations, put some flowers on them or keep them plain; this is a nice and easy way to personalize your ceremony.

This might be a little harder to cut but if you get it thin enough, using the tree stump as a cocktail serving tray is genius! Your guest will be so impressed and it could be nice conversation starter!

Old Trunks!

Craigslist find number 2… an old Trunk!

A distressed trunk can be so useful for an event or wedding.

It can be rustic, or vintage, modern, quirky, fun,let your creativity flow and have fun with this piece!

This couple’s engagement photo is beautiful and the trunk here acts as a unique sitting area.

You can paint the trunk as show below white, open it up and there you have a great space to hold gifts, or photo booth props!

This couple stacked a few vintage looking trunks and used it as an alternative to a table

where they had bird seeds waiting for guest to grab before they were seated for the ceremony.

This is a fun photo of a bridal party. They have a vintage vibe so they used a mix of furniture including an awesome trunk! It looks great here!

Frames!

Frames are a wonderful and an inexpensive decoration! I have a collection of all types and sizes and I’ve found them for free or for a very nice low price. You can paint them to the color needed or keep them in the original colors; distressed frames are fun to keep original too!

Photo booths are so popular right now and to make your own spin on one, you can make a cool photo frame wall like this fun couple!

Group some vintage looking picture frames with some flowers and candles and you have a romantic table centerpiece.

I LOVE the use of the frames for this ceremony backdrop! So creative, so unique!

Give your seating card table a new look buy using the frames as a border.

This simple frame placement makes the biggest difference in appearance and it gives the table a nice elegant touch.

Using a larger frame gives you the room to hang the seating arrangements, or welcome notes!
